Grade 7 Common Core Mathematics
Summer Solutions Common Core Math Grade 7 is for students who have completed 7th Grade.
The Common Core State Standards require children leaving 7th Grade to compute unit rates; solve percent problems using proportional relationships; apply the properties of operations when adding and subtracting rational numbers; convert rational numbers to decimals; work with linear expressions; solve multi-step problems with both positive and negative numbers; solve equations and inequalities; find area and circumference of a circle; find volume, area, and surface area of figures; and work with simple and compound probability.
30 lessons of mixed review over a 10-week period provide ongoing practice that ensures retention of these important math skills and concepts, which are addressed in 7th Grade. By completing just one lesson three days per week, students enter 8th Grade ready to learn new material right away.
